When did you know that you wanted a career in the fashion industry?
When I won a Mademoiselle contest and was brought to New York City.

Tell us about your job. What is a typical day like?
Every day is a new, exciting, crazy, fun, kick ass, tough, wonderful experience with my “family like” crew.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to work in fashion?
Keep your eyes open and learn how to be disciplined. Know you are going to have to work hard. And remember to be nice to everybody because you never know.

What’s your current favorite fashion trend?
I’m always into the hot neon color trend.

Which fashion trend(s) should just go away?
Matching hooded sweatsuits.

Who was the first fashion icon you were drawn to?
Tina Turner!
