Voldemort is back. But no one, except Harry and his friends, seems to believe it. The Ministry of Magic is clueless,so it's up to the Order of the Phoenix to fight the Dark Lord. Trouble is, the Order -- which includes Dumbledore, Sirius, Lupin, and Mr. and Mrs. Weasley -- wants Harry, Ron, and Hermione to lay low at Hogwarts. Aside from that being totally impossible -- what with Harry having bizarre nightmares about Voldemort, and Death Eaters escaping from Azkaban -- Harry WANTS to fight. So do his friends, who see their world crumbling around them. But with Dolores Umbridge (aka the Ministry's mouthpiece) as the new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, there isn't a chance in Hogwarts anyone will learn anything useful. So Harry begins teaching some fellow students to fight, and they form the secret Dumbledore's
Army. They don't have to wait long to prove themselves. When an alarming dream spurs Harry and his friends into action, they face their most difficult battle ever. A prophecy is revealed. The powers of good and evil are tested. And the fight to the finish truly begins.
