Counting the days until he can leave his muggle (non-magic) relatives' home, Harry (Daniel Radcliffe) receives a surprise visit from Dobby, a house-elf. His message? Don't return to Hogwarts School, for if Harry does terrible forces will be unleashed. But the forces of evil are no match for Harry's horrible relatives. When his best friend, Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) comes to get him in a flying car, Harry is off. At Hogwarts, Harry and Weasley are reunited with the brilliant and fearless Hermione Granger (Emma Watson) and the trio is again left to solve a mystery of terrifying proportions. For this time, when Harry finds "The Chamber of Secrets Has Been Opened. Enemies Of The Heir, Beware," scrawled on the wall in blood even Dumbledore (Richard Harris) and Harry's professors seem mystified and frightened. Is there really a hidden Chamber of Secrets and why has it never be found? If it can only be opened by an heir of the malevolent Slytherin, why does it seem as if Harry has what it takes to find the Chamber? Following the clues he discovers in the diary of a former Hogwarts' student named Tom Riddle—a book with nothing written in it that reveals everything Harry needs to know—Harry, Weasley and Hermione once again take on the forces of evil using nothing but magic, pluck and heart.
