Single parent Danny Tanner (Bob Saget) loses his wife in a car accident and is left to raise his three young daughters, DJ (Candace Cameron), Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and Michelle (Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen). With the help of his brother-in-law Jesse (John Stamos) and best friend Joey, (Dave Coulier) they learn that love and laughter can make a house a home.
