Steven Brand got his start starring opposite Catherine Zeta-Jones ("No Reservations") in the popular British TV series "The Darling Buds of May." He went on to become a big star in the U.K., but it wasn't until he played Memnon in "The Scorpion King" that Steven made a big splash in the States. He had a recurring role on "The Mind of the Married Man," as well as guest roles on "NCIS," "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," and "Shark." Next up for Steven are the films "XII," and "The Human Contract" (not yet rated). A man of few words and many secrets, Severin is a government agent who's been fighting the yakuza for years. Heaven's brother, Hiko, was helping him investigate Kogo's involvement with the yakuza when he died. Now, Severin looks to Heaven as his way into the Kogo family. Severin will stop at nothing to bring down the yakuza, but will he hurt Heaven in the process?
