Debra Jo Rupp broke into acting through theater in New York, where she was a well-known stage actress. You probably remember her from regular appearances on "Friends," "ER," and "Seinfeld," as well as guest spots on "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit," "7th Heaven," and "Family Matters," among others. Over the years, she's played several characters on the daytime soap "All My Children." You might also have seen her in the Emmy-nominated HBO series "From the Earth to the Moon."

Debra's feature film credits include "Big" with Tom Hanks, "Death Becomes Her," "Sgt. Bilko," the cult hit "Clockwatchers," and more recently, "Kickin It Old School," in which she played Jamie Kennedy's mom. Kitty Forman is Eric's overprotective mom, who smothers him and his friends with brownies, sandwiches, and too much attention. She's always jealous of Eric's girlfriend, because she thinks Donna will steal away her son. Kitty's dream is to be everyone's favorite mom, despite her mid-life mood swings and the fact that she's a closet alcoholic with a little too much love for Kahlua.
