Natalie Morales stumbled into acting by accident. She moved to a new school and was taking summer classes to meet new people. But the photography class she wanted was full, so she settled for drama instead. In her words, "That was that. Never looked back. My teacher and my friends that year changed my life forever."

Natalie began her career in theatre, but it was parts in "Miami Vice" and "CSI: Miami" that paved the way to her first starring role, Wendy Watson in "The Middleman."

When she's not acting, Natalie loves playing guitar, painting, drawing, taking photographs, and pretty much any other creative activity you can think of. A bit of a fan herself, she's been to a few Star Wars celebrations and likes to think of her character, Wendy Watson, as a "present-day female Han Solo." Natalie Morales plays Wendy Watson, a struggling artist who accidentally finds herself fighting "comic book" bad guys alongside the strapping and heroic Middleman.

Just out of college, Wendy works temp job after temp job to support her art. One day, her career and life nearly come to a premature end when a grotesque experiment escapes the inner labs at her new job. After wreaking havoc on lab techs and shiny equipment, the beast eventually chases and grabs Wendy. She puts up a good fight but doesn't stand a chance -- until the mysterious Middleman arrives and terminates the abomination.

Wendy's bravery in the face of danger impresses the Middleman: She didn't panic, she acted without hesitation, and she was unfazed by the freakish creature. She's exactly what the Middleman needs in a sidekick. He recruits her and begins training her to be a world-saving apprentice.

Together, the Middleman and Wendy fight evil so you don't have to.
