WTH? Are the Kappas actually CLEANING? Oh, it's the weekly chapter meeting! Time to pair up little and big brothers for the year. Andy's picked Rusty as his first choice, of course, since Rusty brought him in. Rusty's not happy about that, given the Jordan situation (which Andy has no clue about). But Rusty, being Rusty, tries to do the right thing by backing the pledge he fought for and agreeing to be Andy's big brother. He's so not happy. Then he accidentally helps the two lovebirds get closer together. He even has to sit handcuffed to Andy while little bro and Jordan kiss. Total torture.

Then Rusty gets mean. He destroys Andy at beer pong the night before an early practice, making sure his little brother is both humiliated AND wasted. Cappie does not approve. He straightens out Rusty, who nurses Andy back to life the next morning and gets him to practice on time. Then Cappie takes Rusty out for pancakes -- he's looking out for his little brother too.

Ashleigh and Fisher are still having secret makeout sessions in the kitchen. But there's a problem in the house. Things like ketchup and tissues and stuff have been disappearing ever since Fisher started at ZBZ. Ashleigh refuses to believe he's a thief, even after they talk to some of the other sororities where he used to work. Yep, the same things happened there, but they stopped after Fisher got fired.

Bex and Casey get Ashleigh drunk to make her 'fess up to how her crush on Fisher is skewing her view of the situation. She tells them the whole truth about what she and Fisher are REALLY doing, then falls out of her chair. They decide that, before they can can him, they need real proof he's a thief. So they set a trap and lie in wait one night with flashlights and discover that ... it's not Fisher! It's his roommate, Kenny. Fisher had no idea. Ash is totally relieved. She can keep her new boytoy, even if she has to keep him on the down-low.

Evan's really falling apart at the seams. He won't talk to Calvin about what's going on, but it's pretty clear that the pressure of his family's trust is getting to him. It doesn't help that Frannie keeps asking him for more money to keep the IKI house afloat.

But there's a bright spot: Evan's real big brother Patrick comes for a visit. He's the black sheep of the Chambers family, and Evan seems relieved to spend time with someone who's left the golden chains behind. And Patrick's pretty awesome ... at first. He listens to Evan's problems (like, he's dating a townie behind Frannie's back, for starters). Patrick also miraculously manages to get Cappie and Evan to sit down over a beer together, like old times. Cappie even carries a wasted Patrick home to the Omega Chi house and puts him to bed.

But it turns out Patrick's real motivation is less chummy. Dude needs money. Yeah, he left the Chambers leash behind, but he's not exactly independent. He needs $50k from Evan's trust fund. Seems Patrick's not as done with the family as he claims. In fact, when Evan asks for advice -- should he also leave the family money behind? -- Patrick's answer is strictly selfish: No way. Because if Evan's broke too, where will his carefree big bro turn when the need arises? Nice.

Evan's disappointed, but he's not surprised. We kinda watch him get older this episode. He writes his brother a check and says goodbye. Then he breaks up with Frannie by writing her off with a check too. Ouch. Then he rides off into the sunset with his new townie girl, leaving Frannie crushed and alone on the sidewalk. Way to put your foot down, Evan.
