evan and frannie: is this for real (spoiler alert)

Since when is it the guy who's so hot to fess up to a secret relationship? Go Evan! It looks like he's really serious about Frannie. Evan's kind of a serial monogamist (who cheats). Has he really moved on from Casey totally? That was fast.

Evan's either able to control his emotions with an on/off switch or he's hiding something. He goes from bribing Shawn to stay away from Casey to being super into Frannie PDQ. Evan could be using Frannie to make Casey jealous. Maybe he's using her because he thinks he looks bad having no girlfriend. Cappie did diss him for being single.

Unlike Rebecca in the Kappa Tau house, Frannie doesn't have to sneak out Evan's window, so the brothers must know about her. Does that mean that relationship's legit?

That was some serious PDA Evan laid down on Frannie after the ZBZ's and Omega Chi's won the Greek Week Cups!
