oh no he di’int! spoiler alert

Oh, but he did. Shane, the Lambda Sig who was macking on Casey the whole ZBZ Fest, looked like he was about to game Evan Chambers’s ex right off the market. So, Evan threw a whole grand Shane’s way just to keep him off. Yep — dude took cash to back off. Frannie had told Evan, “Start using what you’ve got” to get Casey back. Not sure this is what she had in mind, but with Frannie, you can’t ever rule anything out. Anyway, now Evan’s asking Casey out for coffee, you know, as friends. Yeah … “friends.”

But, let’s not forget that this Lambda Sig took Evan up on his deal, and just dropped Casey like she was hot. (The other kind of hot.) So, Casey’s better off, right? It’s not like Shane was that into her if he could turn the heat off just like that. And if a guy like Shane is gonna let himself get owned whenever someone like Evan sticks some Benjamins in his face, he’s totally not worth Casey’s trouble. Maybe Evan, in his own messed-up way, was trying to help his girl out, even if he also happened to get another shot at her as a bonus.

So, do we let Evan’s weak stuff slide, just because this Shane kid’s a total loser? Was he doing a Casey a favor by getting this toolbox out of the picture? Or did both guys play Casey, and they can both get bent?

And what’s Frannie up to with all this drama anyway? What do you think?
