Hopeful, wistful, sad, dreamy, inspirational ... Pierce's music covers the emotional waterfront, prolly because she wrote a lot of her second album ('Faultline') during a breakup. Apart from that, her life has been charmed for a while now: Before she even had a record deal, two of her songs were featured on a certain megapopular hospital drama.
