A natural-born comedian with credits that include movies, TV, stand-up, and theatre ("Charlie's Angels," "Samantha Who?," "Curb Your Enthusiasm," and a regular spot in L.A.'s "Groundlings" improv group), Melissa McCarthy first made her mark doing comedy at the Improv. But, like her GG character, this girl is a multi-tasker. So she studied dramatic acting to balance her comedy skills, and it's been going great on both fronts.
