double-threat danny strong gets a 'recount'

What do Kevin Spacey, Laura Dern, and "Gilmore" alum Danny Strong (he played Doyle McMaster) have in common? Believe it or not, they're all working together on "Recount," a TV movie about the drama after the 2000 U.S. presidential election. Even more amazing? Danny wrote it! And bringing it all together is director Jay Roach of "Meet the Parents" and "Austin Powers" fame (yeah, baby!)
Soooo ... high-stakes political drama ... archival footage of Bush and Gore ... big-time comedy director ... we just can’t wait to see what this movie’s about! What do you think? Worth watching?
