Tommy "Santa" Santorelli (Luke Perry) is a star baseball player -- and a major-league jerk with an ego the size of Dodger Stadium. He's sleepwalking through his last season with the Dodgers when he gets a wake-up call: Knocked out by a wild pitch, Tommy wakes up 29 years in the past.

Suddenly, he's 12 years old again, surrounded by his old sandlot buddies. At first he thinks he's stuck in some kind of weird afterlife, but he soon realizes he's been given a second chance at life. Question is, will Tommy make the same mistakes all over again?
