Acclaimed actor, director, writer, and producer Kenneth Branagh has been nominated for Oscars® for his work in front of and behind the camera. He was up for Best Actor, as well as Best Director, for 1989's "Henry V." His screenplay adaptation of "Hamlet" and short film "Swan Song" were also nominated for Academy Awards®.
