A native of France, Clémence Poésy has played her share of international characters. She was Colin Farrell's Belgian love interest in "In Bruges" and a feisty Russian aristocrat in "War and Peace" (2007). And in "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire," her character is part Veela -- or siren. She's been in numerous French films such as "Les Monos," "Un homme en colère," and "Les Amants du Flore." Clèmence has also been busy on this side of the Atlantic, with roles in TV's "Revelations" and "Gunpowder, Treason & Plot" (not yet rated). The girls of the Beauxbatons Academy are known for their captivating beauty and terminal chic. As the school's representative in the Triwizard Tournament, Fleur is the most beautiful, the most popular, the most ... everything girl at the academy. She captivates the boys of Hogwarts -- especially Ron -- at first sight, but she's destined to fall for a different Weasley.
